I am finding that conversations on the phone or even during a meal often lead to an answer of “not really” and invokes the question, “What’s Next?” This question has been raised often since 2000 when I first started coaching clients. The answers became so intriguing that I decided to invest in a Ph.D. to explore the question and to develop a process to help people discover their answer. I have now transformed that rigorous research into a course, Encore Leadership.

Since I researched and published the “Cracking the Transition Code” dissertation, elements of the journey have become crucial validation points to transform successful leaders into creators of legacies that matter.
